At Trillium Measurement & Control we know changes in process conditions, and other wear and tear take their toll on a liquid flowmeter's performance, proving the meter becomes an important preventative measure. Frequent calibrations can not only find a meter giving away product, but it also checks the performance (Repeatability, Linearity and Meter Factor shift). If the performance criteria are not met, it is an indication that general meter service is required. A neglected meter can lead to product losses and costly repairs.
